Jasmine Faulk is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate in NC  and Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist in the state of South Carolina. Jasmine works in the school system and in private practice where she has gained a wealth of knowledge. Jasmine provides services to adolescents, young adults and families who have been impacted by life changes, anxiety, depression ,learning and emotional disorders.

Jasmine’s mission is to advocate, educate and cultivate within the community.
